We will create a safe space to express your Self through prose, haiku, narrative poetry, to do lists, etc. This is your time to explore the information you withhold, consciously and unconsciously; freeing your inner voice, walking, and breathing into freedom.
Week One: Create safe space, defining secrets, why are you here, laundry list of secrets to possibly explore, images to inspire thoughts and writing exercises.
Week Two: Build on Week One. What safe space do we need to explore secrets? Where are secrets hidden? Haiku and other writings in the moment.
Week Three: How to write about change. What are you learning about yourself and secrets that you wish to write about?
Week Four: Build on previous weeks–celebrating closure, intentions for the future, how are secrets and confusion linked? Good secrets and lies explored through writing.
