Come join the Daufuskie Diva herself for a special evening of cooking demonstrations and storytelling. Learn how to capture the taste of the lowcountry as Sallie Ann Robinson leads you on a trip through the history of Gullah cuisine with stories from her native Daufuskie Island. She will demonstrate some of her favorite recipes–baby back ribs and crab rice–followed by a tasting and book signing.
To be held in the nonprofit Pat Conroy Literary Center, seating is limited for this special event. $35/person. Register now at https://gullahcookingdemo.bpt.me.
